We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we sell. We also want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at OPA. We\u2019ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. You must return your product within 07 days. A refund will be credited to the original method of payment. OPA does not give any exceptional warranty for any products. Every product you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged carefully. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may need some help with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don\u2019t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you purchased it via online payment (not cash on delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good so that the items won\u2019t get damaged during transit. Please note that OPA is not liable for damages caused to the items during transit or transportation. We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it, and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take 14 working days to process.<\/p><p><b>Shipping<\/b><br \/>OPA is not responsible for return shipping costs.
