The User will not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials the User has printed off or downloaded in any way, and the User must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
If the User breaches any part of this section entitled ‘Trademarks and Copyrights’, we may, at our sole discretion, and without prejudice to any rights and remedies afforded herein or by applicable law, deny the User’s access to the Website and the User must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials that the User have made.

Nothing on this Website shall be construed, whether directly or indirectly, express or implied as a waiver by us of any provisions within these Terms of Use or any other policy or regulation on this Website.
The waiver by the Foundation of any right available to it and specified in these Terms of Use shall not be construed in any way as a permanent or automatic waiver of any other rights. Any delay in exercising, or failure to exercise, any right by the Foundation shall not be deemed a waiver of that right, and the Foundation reserves the right to exercise its rights whenever necessary. If a provision on these Terms of Use is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction it shall not affect the legality, validity and enforceability in the said jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction of the remaining provisions.
Nothing on this Website shall be construed to constitute a partnership between the User and us or constitute that one is an agent of the other for any reasons or purposes.
These Terms of Use are made available in Arabic and English languages. However, in case of any discrepancy between the two, the Arabic language shall prevail.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute or claim (including non-contractual claims) arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the Website, its Content, or its subject matter, the competent courts in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide such matters.
