Mr. Faisal Saleh Malaikah
Board Chairman
Faisal Saleh Malaikah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Taajeer Finance Company, and a member of the Board of Directors of Taajeer Group. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the American University of Beirut in 2007, and obtained the General Certificate for Dealing in Securities from the Capital Market Authority in 2013. Faisal Saleh Malaikah is a member of the board of directors in several different companies working in various fields, where he works to invest his acquired experience and employ it to develop Saudi companies and contribute to achieving the modernity towards which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is directed. He is one of the Saudi competencies in the field of finance and business.
Mr. Abdulhamid Mohieldin Nazer
Vice Chairman
Mr. Abdulhamid Mohieldin Nazer, Vice Chairman and Member of the Audit Committee of Taajeer Finance Company, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Riyadh University in 1979, and obtained the Fellowship of American Banking Auditors in Banking Auditing in 1994 from the Institute of Banking in the American city of Chicago, he also obtained a Higher Diploma in International Business Administration in 2005 from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and obtained a master’s degree in business administration in 2006 from the University of Edinburgh, UK. He began his career since 1980. He has extensive experience in the field of business and has permits from the Ministry of Commerce as an accountant and legal auditor and works as a financial advisor. His extensive experience in the field enabled him to hold several leadership positions in major companies in various fields.
Mr. Abbas Mohammed Al-Nahdi
MD, CEO
Abbas Mohammed Al-Nahdi, CEO of Taajeer Finance, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management with a major in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University in 1990. He started his career in one of the most important international companies (EY) and then moved to the banking sector. When he joined the National Bank, he managed various banking services, such as private banking, individual banking, investment, and international brokerage. After that, he moved to the private sector to manage financing companies subjected to the regulations of the Central Bank by enabling them to achieve strategies, systems and policies that comply with the governance and keeping up with the qualitative and digital transformation of the financing sector serving several sectors, including consumer financing and SMEs financing in the Kingdom. He holds several positions on different boards of directors and committees.
Mr. Turki Saeed Badib
Board Member
Turki Saeed Badib Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Credit and Risk Committee of Taajeer Finance Company. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Engineering from the Catholic University in America in 1999, and also obtained a Master’s degree in Engineering Management. He started his career in 2006 and has extensive experience in the business and management sector, accordingly, he was able to work in leadership positions in several companies in different fields.
Eng. Hazm Sami Jamjoom
Board Member
Hazm Sami Jamjoom, CEO of the Automotive Sector at Taajeer Group and a member of the Board of Directors of Taajeer Finance. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University in 1993, and a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering in 1998 from Coventry University in the United Kingdom, and He also has an Executive MBA in 2002 from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom. Through his long experience and management skills in leadership, motivation and work, he was able to occupy several different positions in more than one company concerned with the automotive field in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Mohamad Alshaikh alqudaihi

Mohamad Iqbal AlQudaihi Bs, Industrial Management, King Fahad University- Dhahran graduated 1981, Saudi Arabia Chase Manhattan Bank one Year Credit management Program, N.Y, USA CPA certificate, USA Master, Financial Management, University of London More than 20 years of Banking, Credit, Accounting and Finance manager. More than 10 years as a general Manager for Finance companies. Currently works as a financial consultant at his office in Dammam.
Mr. Hussain Bagais
Board Member
Hussain Abdullah Bagais, Board Member at Taajeer Finance Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors from KFUPM. He started his career with one of the international audit firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and obtained a master’s degree in applied finance from Monash University in Australia. Then, he moved to Corporate Banking Group at Arab National Bank and later he joined the Corporate Banking and SMEs Banking divisions at the Saudi National Bank as a Corporate Banker, in addition to his role as Corporate Real Estate Program Manager. In 2017, he started Saudi Ethraa Professional Consultancy Co. specializing in financial advisory and business valuation. He is an accredited business valuation member and associate member in the equipment and machinery valuation from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem).
Osama Bahr
Head of the Sharia Committee
Head of the Sharia Board at Taajeer Finance Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Emir Abdelkader University in Algeria, a Master’s degree from Al-Imam Al-Awza’i University in Lebanon, and a PhD from Lahi University in New Zealand. Osama Bahar has been the Head of Sharia Compliance and Investments since 2008 At First Energy Bank and Head of Sharia Compliance at Islamic Bank at Retail Bank and a member of the following banks; A member of the Sharia Committee of the Investment Bank, the Sharia Committee of the First Energy Bank, the International Investment Bank and the Arab Bank in the UAE and Qatar, he has also been a member of the Retail Bank. He had many memberships, such as: Member of the Sharia Committee of the Expert for Investment Funds, a member of the Sharia Committee of the Capital Funds Company, and as a member of the Sharia Committee of American Express Saudi Arabia. The last membership he vacated in the Sharia Committee of Wekaya Takaful Insurance.
Sultan Al-Qarni

A member of the Sharia Committee, Director of Finance at Taajeer Finance Company, holds a diploma from King Abdulaziz University in 1999, obtained a master’s degree from King Abdulaziz University in 2009, and obtained a master’s degree in Fundamentals of Jurisprudence from Umm Al-Qura University in 2016. He obtained the Certified Financial Manager certificate from the International Organization for Quality Management in the UK in 2015 and obtained a diploma in international financial standards from the Association of Certified Public Accountants in the UK in 2017. He was the financial manager at Hafil Transportation Company, and a member of the following memberships: chairman of the Assets and Liabilities Committee, member of the Fraud Committee, and member of Business Continuity, all of which are under Taajeer Finance Company.
